Exercise
Jog to park 1 from work (5min)
3x7
* reverse pushup
* leg raise
* incline pushup
* tricep press
* pullups (2,2,1)
3x11
* situps
* hindu squats
* bootstrappers
Jog to work (3min jog, walk the rest)

Timed the runs today. Pushed hard to run a fair bit longer on the way back to work. Also managed a second pullup in the second set. Quite happy.

Food
Meal 1 (0800) : Porridge.
Meal 2 (1000) : Pasta w/ TVP, Pepsi Max
Meal 3 (1200) : Lentil Loaf
Meal 4 (1500) : yoghurt w/strawberry jam
Meal 5 (1700) : Pasta, steamed veggies
Meal 6 (1930) : vegemite crumpets
Meal 7 (2200) : Chocolate, milk and baileys

From next week 10% meals will be back. Need to clean up my diet significantly. The basics are right, just too many deviations.
