Jog to work (1min jog, walk the rest)

Meal 1 (0800) : Porridge
Meal 2 (1100) : Vegmite crumpets
Meal 3 (1400) : chocolate milshake
Meal 4 (1600) : vegemite crumpets
Meal 5 (1700) : vege sausage, steamed veggies
Meal 6 (1930) : 2 toasted cheese, tvp and pineapple on rye sandwiches
Meal 7 (2200) : mixed seed and almonds
Forgot to write up yesterday's - no exercise and food was OK.
