Meal 1 (1100): Shake
Meal 2 (1430): Toasted spelt bread, tomato and cheese sandwich
Meal 3 (1600): Shake
Meal 4 (1930): Wholemeal spaghetti, TVP + Tomato sauce

Still doing some bodyweight stuff morning and night, but haven't got any running or weights. We're moving this week so packing etc.
